How to create a new customer?

To bulk create or to import customers into KanakuNote application, go to Maintenance → Customers Customer information screen will be loaded and displays all the active customers in the system Kanakunote application also allows you to import customers directly from excel To create a new customer, click on the New Customer Button. New window will open in the same screen. Store user need to enter customer details such as Name, Address, Email, Mobile, GSTIN(if applicable ) .Submit the changes to save permanently. To import customer detail from external source, click on the Import Button. This will launch a new screen. Download the template and update the file with correct customer information. Once the above file is ready, load the file by Select File Option in the Import screen. This will load all the customer record which is in proper format.

The application allows you to search customer based on key information like Name, Address, Phone number,etc. Kanakunote has a capability to export the customer information any time by clicking export option and choose the file format which store user needs. File format supported are,

  • CSV
  • EXCEL
  • PDF
