Next step is to Scan the product one by one
Enter either Product code or Product name
Product details will be loaded with the selling price. If multi pricing is enabled, then choose
Scan/Enter the products one by one.
Store user can give discount to the products by percentage or by entering amount
On the right-side store user can search existing customer by searching few letters of their name or phone number.
If the customer is a new customer, then store user can click new customer button to input the customer details such as Name, Address, Email, Phone number, GST ID(if any).
Kanakunote application supports keyboard shortcuts also to manage the sales booking.

Once the customer is selected customer details will be shown along with their previous purchase summary.
Kanakunote will compute and display the total quantity, total amount and respective taxes (GST/ VAT) in overseas deployments.
Kanakunote supports following payment types
Store user is allowed to choose multiple payments as per customer terms. Once the purchase details are fine, click on the invoice button to generate the invoice.
Store user can suspend the sales transaction and simultaneously book next sales without loosing the sales information entered.
Store user can remove the entered sales information by clicking cancel button.
For dues, Store user can enter the possible payment due date and remarks to get detailed report.
KanakuNote supports digital invoice delivery to contribute to the nature by avoiding paper prints. To send the digital copy of invoice customer need to have an Email address maintained in the Kanakunote application.
